Meet our friends in Kindness who make up the 2019 Seasonal Project list:

Helping Foster Kids Transition Into Independent Living Programs
By Providing Life's Necessities and a Whole Lot More

"I cannot begin to tell you how this  program is  helping to motivate kids who are 17, getting ready to age out and want to do well.  It has been amazing to see the trickle down effect.  These kids really do want to make a positive impression on the world, you are giving them a chance to do so!  Thanks!"  - Cynthia Grazioso,  HomeSafe

Children's Comprehensive Care Center
Children’s Comprehensive Care Center in Broward County. (Comp Care) is the only free-standing skilled nursing facility for infants, children, and young adults who require sophisticated medical treatment in the Southeast United States providing a long term home for these children. The facility operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Project Linus - Providing Security Through Blankets
Project Linus is a non-profit organization, dedicated to “Providing Security Through Blankets,” for ill or traumatized children and teens.  Inspired by a picture of a three-year-old cancer patient holding her security blanket, Project Linus was begun in 1995 by Karen Loucks.  Project Linus donates to children in need in hospitals, shelters, and hospices.

Pack A Sack

Our Project Pack A Sack works directly with teachers at Rolling Green Elementary School in Boynton Beach to identify children who are living in “food insecure” families.  Children who have little nourishment on the weekends.  The first week of every month they receive food and snacks that are large enough for the month.  The other weeks they take home a snack bag filled with nourishing snacks.

The South County Mental Health Center (SCMHC)
The South County Mental Health Center is a private, non-profit corporation chartered by the State of Florida in 1974.  The Children’s services help keep families growing together, by providing a network of services and programs.  The mobile crisis team goes out on an average of 150 calls per month.  Many of these calls are for children in crisis.

On Going Educational Workshops
Hope Inrheart is our workshop sponsor.  They provide workshops teaching parents, teens and kids how to create a life of success and fulfillment. Workshops are provided free of charge to underserved audiences.  Workshops also serve as fundraisers for Kindness Shared Happiness Squared.  Find out how you can host a fun workshop in your home for your friends and family while raising  money for Kindness Shared.
